as an integral part of the quality of life of Alpine residents. Proceeds of donations and grants will be used to
cover expenses associated with our Mission.
George "Jody" Root, President/CEO
Jody is a 40+ year resident of Alpine and a Healthcare Attorney. He started the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) in Alpine and was a member of the Alpine Union School District’s Board of Directors. He’s a big family and soccer enthusiast!
Courtney Norton, Secretary
Courtney is an experienced marketing professional and a resident of Alpine for over 30 years. She’s passionate about travel and all things four-legged.
James Mason, Treasurer/CFO
Jim is a physician scientist with a special interest in blood and bone marrow transplantation. He has dedicated his career to providing excellent patient care. A San Diego native, he has lived in Alpine for nearly three decades where he currently shares his home with his wife, cat, dog, bearded dragon, and 12 rescue tortoises.
Dominique Norton, Board Member
Dominique grew up in Alpine and recently returned to raise her family.
Preserve Alpine’s Heritage is a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation, tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
